#2559: Logo redesign proposals — two refined caduceus directions
We'll provision a sandbox, run an agent against the issue, and open a draft PR. You can pull the branch and iterate from there.
Following up on the closed PR #2475 — after the feedback that the previous mark "didn't look quite right", we went back and refined the direction into two distinct variations.
Both keep the modern geometric caduceus approach (winged staff + dual serpents) using the existing Hermes gold palette, with no build step required (single SVG source → regenerated PNG/ICO).
Variation 1 — Sleeker profile, stylized serpents

A cleaner, more minimalist take. Thinner serpent curves with a taller, more vertical staff proportion. The wings are angular and segmented — tech-forward while staying legible at favicon size.
Variation 2 — Stronger presence, more pronounced serpent coils

A bolder expression. The snakes wrap more tightly around a slightly wider staff, with more pronounced wing segments and stronger metallic gold depth — better suited as a primary app icon or PWA install icon.
Both scale cleanly to 16×16 favicon, 192×512 PWA sizes, and touch icons.
Would love to hear which direction resonates better — or if there's a specific aspect (line weight, wing shape, snake curvature) worth pushing further on.
This is a straightforward visible enhancement replacing static logo assets with no application logic changes.
