I have multiple products I manage, but I do similar tasks for each product.

My understanding of Hermes and this WebUI is that workspaces are ideal for each product.

But then I'm confused about using profiles. I'm coming from OpenClaw, so I think of profiles as OpenClaw agents. Like I might have a "writer" profile and a "marketer" profile and a "researcher" profile. Each of these have specific roles and should be experts at specific tasks.

But Hermes or maybe it's just WebUI make this confusing or weird to use. Like Workspaces have to be assigned to each profile, and viewing the scheduled tasks will show only tasks within that profile with no way to switch profiles.

So am I misunderstanding how I should use profiles? Is this a Hermes issue, or a WebUI issue?
